Terms of Service

The service

Zombie Couple turns two user-provided portraits into one fixed 20-second, 480p, 9:16 MP4 with native sound. Each order is one film for a single USD payment of $7.90. There is no subscription or automatic renewal.

Your responsibility

You must own the images or have permission to use them, and everyone shown must be an adult. Do not submit celebrity or public-figure images, explicit sexual content, or graphic gore. You are responsible for the images and instructions you submit.

Results and failures

Results are retained for 7 days for download. Original uploads are retained for 1 day. A processing provider may retain data separately under its own terms. If a job fails, the credit used for that job will be restored. We do not promise that every input will produce a particular artistic result.

Payments and support

Payment is processed by a third-party payment provider. A checkout may be unavailable when billing is not configured. For payment or content questions, contact hello@zombiecouple-video.online.

Suspension and changes

We may reject content or suspend access when needed to protect people, the service, or comply with law. We may update these terms by changing the date above.
